Tether Will Participate to Promote Crypto Knowledge in Turkey

Tether has teamed up with a Turkish cryptocurrency firm in order to increase its presence in the country and raise awareness about the industry.

The company, which issues the Tether stablecoin, has signed a memorandum of understanding with local platform BTguru, which focuses on virtual crypto assets for banks.

This partnership aims to develop initiatives to educate stakeholders about the benefits of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology in Turkey.

Through BTguru’s connections, Tether will also engage in discussions with financial institutions about the use of P2P technology and potential real-world asset tokenization. Additionally, the two companies will work together to explore possibilities for regional payment networks.
