Binance Blocked by Venezuela’s Government

Binance has announced that its Venezuela-based users are encountering difficulties accessing the site.

In a post on X, the company acknowledged that its pages, along with other company websites in Venezuela, are facing access restrictions, including blocked access to social media platforms.

Binance stated that it is closely monitoring the situation and working to address the issue in the most efficient manner.

The company also reassured users that their funds are secure through the use of the Secure Asset Fund for Users (SAFU) system.

According to VE sin Filtro, a human rights organization, the state-run telecommunications and internet service provider in Venezuela, CANTV, is responsible for blocking access to the Amazon CloudFront service, resulting in widespread internet blockages.
