Standard Chartered: BTC Will Hit a New Record High This Year

According to Geoff Kendrick, an analyst at Standard Chartered, Bitcoin is likely to reach a new all-time high by the end of the year, regardless of the US presidential election results on November 5.

He predicts that a Trump win could push Bitcoin to $125,000, while a Harris win could result in a price of $75,000. Kendrick believes that the election’s impact on Bitcoin’s future is not as significant as previously thought, especially with Joe Biden as the Democratic candidate.

Instead, he suggests that other factors will have a more significant influence on Bitcoin’s growth, including regulatory changes.

Kendrick expects these positive drivers to continue regardless of the election outcome, leading to a new record high for Bitcoin by the end of 2024.
