Circle Launches a New Compliance Tool

Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire has announced the launch of a new tool called the Compliance Engine.

This tool is specifically designed to aid companies in incorporating rigorous compliance measures into their on-chain operations.

The Compliance Engine allows for customizable and automatically enforced regulatory checks to be programmed into various decentralized applications.

The service offers a transaction screening feature to detect potentially risky or suspicious transfers, as well as a monitoring tool to identify possible high-risk behaviors.

Additionally, Circle has included a “Travel Rule” service to meet the Financial Action Task Force’s requirements for virtual asset service providers.
