Binance Charity Donates $500,000 to Palianytsia for Humanitarian Aid to Ukrainians

Binance Charity has announced a partnership with the Palianytsia Foundation to donate $500,000 for humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

The funds will be used to purchase and deliver essentials, namely, almost 4,500 first-aid kits and 20,000 food packages for residents of regions on the front line.

At press time, the Palianytsia team has raised more than $1.4 million. With this money, the fund has purchased ambulances, medicines, food, and also provided shelter for people forced to leave their homes due to the war.

At the beginning of the war, Binance announced it would allocate $10 million to resolve the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. More than $7 million has already been donated through Binance Charity, and the distribution of the remaining $3 million is being discussed with partners in the context of providing long-term assistance in cryptocurrency.
