Grayscale Announces Launch of First ETF in Europe
US digital asset manager Grayscale Investments has announced the launch of its first exchange-traded fund (ETF) in Europe.
The Grayscale Future of Finance UCITS ETF is listed on the LSE, Borsa Italiana and Deutsche Börse’s Xetra.
The tool tracks the investment performance of the Bloomberg Grayscale Future of Finance index. The company has said that a similar ETF has been trading in the US since February.
The index includes three main components: financial foundations, technology solutions and digital asset infrastructure.
The company CEO Michael Sonnenschein has commented:
“We announced our first ETF earlier this year in partnership with Bloomberg as part of a business expansion. With growing global demand for Grayscale products from institutional and individual investors, we are pleased to expand our offer in Europe.”
