Number of Crypto Investors in Saudi Arabia Doubles
According to a survey conducted by KuCoin, the number of Saudi citizens who have purchased digital currencies has roughly doubled over the past six months.
The study has involved 3 million residents of the kingdom, representing different social groups under the age of 60 years. Approximately 14% of those surveyed said they had purchased cryptocurrencies or traded bitcoin in the past six months.
Compared to last year, the proportion of digital asset holders in Saudi Arabia has almost doubled. 17% of the country’s residents plan to buy Bitcoin or other virtual currency by the end of this year.
Almost 50% of those who have already invested in cryptocurrencies want to increase their investment in this asset in the coming months.
