Zcash Devs Criticize Huobi for Delisting the Asset

The Electric Coin Company (ECC), the firm behind the anonymous crypto Zcash, has criticized Huobi’s decision to delist seven anonymous cryptocurrencies, including Zcash.

According to the organization:

“ECC is disappointed with this decision, but will continue its work to ensure everyone has access to ZEC – a fair and open cryptocurrency.”

Representatives of the company have stressed they are studying Huobi’s solution and are ready for dialogue with the trading platform. According to them, Zcash is “fully compliant with global AML/CFT standards.”

ECC representatives have noted that some media have written that the use of ZEC is illegal in a number of countries.
