Cryptocurrency Exchange OKX Partners with McLaren in Formula 1 Racing Series

Cryptocurrency Exchange OKX has entered into a multi-year partnership with British racing drivers McLaren F1 Team and their McLaren Shadow esports Team.

The deal was worth several hundred million dollars. The exact amount has not been released.

As part of the deal, the OKX branding will appear on McLaren vehicles and on the suits and helmets of drivers Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo during the Miami Grand Prix on May 8. 

According to OKX Marketing Director Haider Rafik, no other cryptocurrency company has previously entered into such large transactions with the participants of the “Formula 1.”

Crypto.com became last year a partner of the Formula 1 racing series.
