Prada Releases a Non-fungible Token Collection
Prada, a, Italian fashion house, intends to release Timecapsule, a collection of NFTs as well as t-shirts as part of a collaboration with Cassius Hirst.
Cassius Hirst is the son of artist Damien Hirst, who sees NFTs as a promising direction.
The tokens of the collection contain an image of a black or white capsule and are associated with the physical goods that will deliver them to their owners. NFTs refer to the serial number of the collection and each shirt.
The tokens will be issued by the Aura Blockchain Consortium on the Quorum blockchain, a fork of Ethereum. Prada, along with LVMH and Cartier, created it to fight luxury counterfeiting.
