PayPal Adds Crypto Withdrawals to Third-party Wallets

Payments giant PayPal has recently added a new feature that allows users to transfer cryptocurrencies between accounts, as well as their withdrawal to third-party wallets.

According to the company’s website, the ability to send Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin to various addresses is currently available to select US users. However, support for all US customers will be added in the coming weeks.

The company has also received a BitLicense from the Financial Services Authority (NYDFS) to offer services to New York State residents.

PayPal Vice President Richard Nash has earlier said the company is working hard to integrate blockchain and cryptocurrencies into its services.
