Celsius Plans to Hire Former CFO to Advise on Bankruptcy Proceedings

Crypto lending platform Celsius Network has filed a petition to hire ex-CFO Rod Bolger as an advisor in the bankruptcy proceedings.

According to documents, the company’s request will be considered on August 8.

Remember Bolger left Celsius in June after a few months. He replaced Yaron Shalem, who was arrested in November last year in Israel along with the founder of ICO startup Sirin Labs Moshe Hogeg.

Chris Ferrarro became CFO of the company in July.

Celsius’ lawyers have commented:

“The advisory agreement aims to support the debtor’s efforts to stabilize the business by obtaining the services of an experienced person with the necessary knowledge of the company’s activities.”
