Alameda Research Will Make $200M Payment to Voyager
Alameda Research has announced it plans to pay off a $200 million debt to bankrupt broker Voyager Digital.
As reported, the trading firm, which was founded by FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, will pay out 6,553 BTC, 51,204 ETH as well as other amounts in other tokens.
According to a court decision, the deal must be completed by September 30.
It should be noted that 4,650,000 FTT worth approximately $112 million and 63,750,000 SRM value at $49 million were used as collateral for the loan.
Remember that Voyager Digital filed for bankruptcy on July 5. According to the company, its total liabilities amounted to $1 billion-$10 billion.
