Stepn Denies it Will Fire 100 Employees
A STEPN spokesman has said that allegations of staff cuts are “baseless” and “factually inaccurate.”
According to him, “the reality is that STEPN has parted ways with volunteers who have not been active in the past few weeks and months. As for our staff, STEPN is actively recruiting for various positions.”
The project team announced earlier this month that it planned to expand its team and launch new projects.
According to the open letter:
“The slower pace of the crypto market leaves room for creativity – we feel inspired. Current market conditions make this an ideal time to create new.”
Journalist Colin Wu has recently announced citing sources that STEPN plans to lay off more than 100 employees.
