Crypto Market Maker Keyrock Raises $72M

Cryptocurrency market maker Keyrock has just closed a $72 million Series B funding round led by fintech firm Ripple. For the past three years, Ripple has been a key client of the market maker.

The company has also received funds from Six Fintech Ventures and Middlegame Ventures.

The valuation of the company following the fundraising has not been unveiled.

The firm has said it will use the funds to expand its market making as a service product line and its options market and OTC capabilities.

The company, which has applied for a license in the UK, will also open offices in Switzerland and Singapore in addition to the existing one in London.
