Crypto Exchange Bitzlato Conducts Technical Audit Before Resuming its Operations

Crypto exchange platform Bitzlato, whose infrastructure was arrested by the French prosecutor’s office, has conducted a technical audit as part of the announced resumption of work.

According to its results, it was found that part of the cryptocurrency deposits is still under the control of French law enforcement agencies. They, according to the team, compromised the source code of the platform, which makes its further use unsafe.

The team has said:

“Picking up old code is possible, but it will lead to tags from the AML services side. Therefore, a decision was made to develop new software that can withstand attacks from AML services.”

The developers have already introduced the Telegram bot @bz_alive_bot, which shows the balance of user wallets at the time the service was stopped.

Bitzlato has also published a roadmap for restoration work, which will be supplemented.
