Anthony Scaramucci: SBF Has Damaged the US Crypto Industry

Anthony Scaramucci, the head of Skybridge Capital, has declared at the Collision 2023 event in Toronto that FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) has inadvertently caused excessive regulation in the US cryptocurrency industry due to his political donations.

Scaramucci has further noted that Canada has already surpassed the United States in terms of creating a regulatory framework for industry participants.

The head of Skybridge Capital has also praised Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao for the strong leadership role he takes in the industry, stating that his influence would remain and his platform as the biggest one could be distributed massively while staying legitimate in all major jurisdictions around the world.
