Tim Draper Compares Bitcoin and Fiat Money

Tim Draper believes that Bitcoin has already become part of the global financial system and has the potential to reach $250,000 by 2025 due to its decentralized nature.

In an interview with Fox Business this week, the venture investor shared his belief that BTC is a better option than the US dollar and other leading currencies, as the network is secured by hundreds of thousands of nodes and its transactions are verified and confirmed at every level, virtually eliminating the risk of theft.

Furthermore, as central banks are unable to control its fixed number of 21 million coins, they cannot influence the cryptocurrency.

This decentralized quality is more secure than traditional means of currency and is an eventual switch that the world will make, according to Draper.
