Blockchain Platform ZetaChain Raises $27M
ZetaChain, a blockchain platform focused on interoperability, has closed $27 million in investments from an estimated undisclosed value.
Participants to the round include Blockchain.com, Human Capital, VY Capital, Sky9 Capital, Jane Street Capital, VistaLabs, CMT Digital, Foundation Capital, Lingfeng Capital, GSR, Kudasai and Krust.
Founded in 2021, ZetaChain aims to launch its mainnet soon and, as per the developers’ statements, intends to combine networks from Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Bitcoin and Dogecoin to make it easier for millions of users to take part in the Web3 ecosystem.
Reportedly, 1.7 million people have already tested its L1 platform.
Along similar lines, Ethereum startup Scroll has announced the close of a $50 million funding round, soaring to a $1.8 billion valuation.
