Institutional Investors Are Investing in Ether: Report

In the past month, Ethereum has experienced a 15% increase in value.

According to analysts at CryptoQuant, this surge was largely driven by the influx of institutional capital into the cryptocurrency.

In October and November, large investors significantly increased their investments in ETH-focused funds, which allowed the altcoin to quickly rise above $2000, as noted by the study authors.

As institutional adoption of Ether continues, there is a possibility that it could reach a new all-time high. Since the start of 2023, the cryptocurrency has already seen a staggering 70% increase in value.

Trusts and ETF funds have become the most popular channels for large capital to enter the Ethereum market.

Additionally, institutions are entering the altcoin through both spot platforms and over-the-counter markets.

CryptoQuant emphasized that this investor behavior demonstrates a strong belief in the long-term growth of Ether and its ecosystem.
