Trust Wallet App Unavailable on Play Store
On April 29, the team behind Trust Wallet, owned by Binance, announced that the application had been removed from the Google Play Store.
According to the team, a few weeks ago Google informed them of possible enforcement actions and they filed an appeal.
However, the corporation decided to remove the application before completing their review. Less than an hour after being removed, Trust Wallet was back on the Play Store.
Even though the application was removed, users can still download the installation APK file from the official website.
The team at Trust Wallet also warned about fake applications appearing on the marketplace. Previously, Trust Wallet had alerted iOS users about a zero-day exploit targeting the iMessage service.
