Aethir Rolls Out a Decentralized Cloud Network on Ethereum’s Blockchain
Aethir, a provider of decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN), has recently rolled out its decentralized cloud compute network on the Ethereum mainnet.
This move allows enterprises, data centers, other cloud providers, and cryptocurrency mining operators to contribute their unused GPU resources to Aethir’s GPU-as-a-service solutions network.
Mark Rydon, co-founder of Aethir, highlighted the significance of this launch, stating that it will facilitate more advancements in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and cloud gaming.
The utilization of idle compute resources through this scalable framework can potentially increase the supply of GPUs and drive innovation in these fast-evolving domains.
Additionally, businesses and developers will have the opportunity to rent compute resources from Aethir’s network of providers for tasks such as training AI models and rendering digital content on a large scale.
