Crypto.com and Standard Chartered Join Forces to Expand Global Fiat Services

Crypto exchange Crypto.com has formed a partnership with Standard Chartered Bank to offer its users the option to deposit and withdraw funds in United States dollars, euros, and United Arab Emirates dirhams.

This service is currently available for users in over 90 countries through the Crypto.com app.

The collaboration with Standard Chartered Bank is seen as a mutually beneficial partnership, with Karl Mohan, head of banking partnerships at Crypto.com, stating that it increases trust in the cryptocurrency industry and makes transactions easier for customers.

The services will first be introduced to users in the UAE and eventually expanded to other countries, with support from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA).
