Chainlink Rolls Out Private Blockchain Transactions for Institutional Clients
Chainlink, a decentralized blockchain oracle network built on the Ethereum platform, has rolled out new tools to support secure and private transactions for financial institutions across various blockchain networks.
On October 22, Chainlink announced the launch of two privacy-preserving features designed for financial institutions looking to utilize blockchain technology while maintaining strict privacy standards.
The first capability, called Blockchain Privacy Manager, allows for seamless integration between private blockchains and the public Chainlink Platform, while the second feature, CCIP Private Transactions, offers an encryption protocol for confidential transactions.
ANZ Bank, one of the leading financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand, will be among the first to pilot Chainlink’s privacy tools. They plan to use the technology for cross-chain settlement of tokenized real-world assets as part of Singapore’s tokenization initiative, Project Guardian.
