Poland’s Regulator Issues Public Warning on Crypto.com

Poland’s KNF, also known as the Financial Supervision Authority, has recently added the Crypto.com operator to its list of warnings.

This action has raised concerns about how crypto exchanges will handle regulations in Europe going forward. Crypto.com is now the latest exchange facing legal issues in Europe.

On November 6, Foris DAX MT, the entity operating Crypto.com, was added to KNF’s public warning list in Poland. According to the regulator, Foris DAX MT provided financial advisory services in Poland without the proper authorization.

KNF has referred the matter to the public prosecutor in Warsaw, who will investigate and potentially press charges against Foris DAX MT. So far, Crypto.com has not commented on the allegations.
